At times in either our personal or professional lives, we may feel a sense of discontent, frustration, restlessness, or confusion. Or we may feel a desire to develop, expand, or deepen into ourselves. I believe these moments are a call from within to listen. When we deeply listen and are heard, we connect to ourselves, enabling us to heal, grow, and create.
Both therapy and coaching are useful means for creating a life that allows you to be who you truly are. This may involve integrating past experiences, getting support through a current challenging time, freeing yourself from constricting beliefs about who you are, or exploring untapped, authentic ways of being in the world. The process, whether coaching or therapy, begins with being heard without judgment or intervention—a potent remedy in and of itself. From this place of listening, together we can hear who you are and move toward what you want.
Change happens through experiences on multiple levels—cognitive, emotional, somatic, and spiritual. Working with the whole of who you are engages more internal resources and produces deeper and more lasting shifts. Thus, I work holistically—including mind, heart, body, and spirit. I also work experientially, because growth involves experimenting, trying, being, and doing rather than only thinking, understanding, and planning. Most importantly, I look for what works best for you.
I work with individuals, couples, friends, and business partners on issues including:
- Relationships with partners, family, friends, pets, and colleagues
- Depression, anxiety, and loss
- Work-life balance, conflict management, and leadership
